How to Use / Installation Guide
1. Measure the Area
Measure the total length and width of the eaves or soffit area. Each board covers 0.72m², so calculate the number of boards needed and add extra for cutting waste.
Formula:
Total area ÷ 0.72 = number of boards required
Add 5–10% extra for cutting and wastage.
2. Prepare the Framework
Ensure the timber or metal support framework is straight, firm and well aligned. The board should be fixed on a strong and stable frame.
3. Cut to Size
Cut the board according to the required eaves or soffit measurements. Use proper cutting tools and handle carefully to avoid edge damage.
4. Fix the Board
Screw the board onto the prepared timber or metal frame. Keep the ventilation slots open and avoid blocking them with paint, filler or ceiling accessories.
5. Leave Small Expansion Gaps
Leave small gaps between boards to allow for slight movement and neat finishing. Joints can be finished depending on the installer’s method.
6. Apply Primer and Paint
Since the board is uncoloured, apply a suitable primer and exterior-grade paint for a clean, durable finish.
7. Final Check
