Sika® Top Seal-107 – Cementitious Waterproofing Slurry

SikaTop Seal-107 is a two-component, flexible, cementitious waterproofing slurry used to protect and waterproof concrete, masonry, and other construction materials. It combines a polymer liquid component with a cement-based powder for excellent adhesion and performance.

Sika Top Seal-107 – Component Breakdown

???? Compound A (Liquid Polymer):

• A milky white, acrylic-based liquid

• Enhances flexibility and bonding properties

• Improves waterproofing performance

• Pack size: 5 kg

???? Compound B (Cementitious Powder):

• A grey or white cement-based powder

• Contains selected aggregates and waterproofing additives

• Reacts with Compound A to form a durable, waterproof coating

• Pack size: 20 kg

➡️ Mixing Ratio (by weight):
Compound A : Compound B = 1 : 4
(Entire 5 kg of A mixed with 20 kg of B for a full 25 kg kit)

Uses:

• Waterproofing of water tanks, reservoirs, and bathrooms

• Protection of concrete structures exposed to water and moisture

• Basement waterproofing (positive and negative pressure)

• Coating for retaining walls, terraces, and balconies

• Sealing fine cracks in concrete and masonry

  • 10-12 sq mtr coverage in 1 kit of 25kgs

  Shelf Life:

• 12 months from date of production when stored properly in original, unopened packaging.

Storage Conditions:
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and frost.
